- 11-Month Warranty Inspections – As the name suggests, an 11-month warranty inspection takes place 11 months after the home was built, or just before the builder’s warranty expires (usually at the end of 12 months). The idea here is that if we find any problems, you’ll still have time to get the builders to fix it at no extra charge.
- Buyer’s Inspections – Another of our realtor services is buyer’s inspections. If your client is looking at a home to buy, you can have our team inspect the property to get a more accurate idea of its condition. We’ll alert you and your client to any problems, so you can decide how best to proceed.
- Pre-Listing Inspections – A third type of realtor services we offer is pre-listing inspections. This kind of inspection is for home sellers. We will inspect the home and make you and your client aware of any problems, allowing you to take steps to correct the issues before you list the property on the market.
