Drew is by far the best home inspector we have ever used, and we are not new to this industry. He is great at answering questions without talking over a client’s head. Anytime we are showing a home, if there is something that we see that we are not sure of what it is, we can take a picture and send it to Drew, and he will get back with us immediately with an answer. He just goes above and beyond.

My husband and I recently hired Drew Cline to perform a commercial inspection of a property we are considering purchasing. I was present during the inspection and greatly appreciated the time he took to explain to me personally some of the issues he found. Worth noting, he identified a broken HVAC unit and several concerning problems with the roof, all of which were absent from a report performed by a different company just one year prior. I’m grateful I was able to bring this to the attention of our agent with hopes a solution could be worked out. Also, due to an oversight, the water supply was not connected during his initial visit, and he was beyond accommodating in returning to the property later to complete that portion of the inspection. I would recommend Drew to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thorough commercial/residential inspector. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
