How The Test Works
A 48-hour test placed in the lowest liveable level of the home. The equipment stays in position for the full period, and the results come back to you with the rest of your reporting.
When To Order It
Most commonly alongside a pre-purchase inspection, so the result arrives while you still have room to act on it. Current homeowners are welcome to order a test on its own.
